Training Programs for 5k, 10k and Half-Marathon. What a great experience! This was my first time training for a run, and I was a bit unsure as to how it would go. My hesitancy was short-lived as friendships were quickly formed, and the support (mapped long runs for the group, weekly schedules, guest speakers) provided by Renee, the assistant coaches Jen, Kerri, and Shaun, and Fleet Feet was nothing short of terrific. I dare say that I've become a runner.
