Every Wednesday at 6:30 (rain or shine) we host a run and walk group. We meet at the store and run or walk about three to five miles around town. No reservations needed. All abilities are welcome. Please bring a reflective vest during the winter. Every Thursday at 6:30 from March-November we host a free track workout coached by Schuyler Schuster. Workouts will vary, but will accommodate all ability levels. The group meets at the track at St. Joseph College. E-mail Schuyler for more information. Every second Wednesday from 6-7pm, Select Physical Therapy will be providing free injury assessment at Fleet Feet. The first session will be offered on Feb. 4, 2009. |
