Seeing cauliflower served raw on a veggie platter makes me want to wrinkle my nose in distaste. Take that same cauliflower and blast it in a hot oven and it hardly seems like the same vegetable. Soft, with a buttery sweetness, I can’t get enough, popping florets in my mouth even before it’s been transferred to a serving bowl and placed at the dinner table. The mustard and red pepper flakes add some kick and the surprising addition of a hard boiled egg ties the whole thing together. It makes a wonderful side dish at dinnertime.

Get away from home, for a weekend, in a lively New England coastal city about 2 ½ hours away from Hartford. Get Out N Play is your host to prepare you for this memorable adventure.
