Here’s a very simple recipe to have in your repertoire for the nights when you are going in a million different directions and getting dinner on the table is low on your list. With three main ingredients, you can put dinner in the oven in five minutes, giving you more time to do other things. I will often prepare this meal when I’m won’t be home at dinner time, but want to leave the house with dinner prepared for my family.
