Thurs Speed & Strength Session

Due to construction at the Hall High School Track, our Thursday Evening Speed & Strength Sessions will be meeting at the store this summer (6:30pm). Workouts will include hill repeats and speed intervals, as well as form drills and core work. 

Do you feel the need for speed? Or maybe your workout routine needs a little spice?

Join Coach Amanda each Thursday at 6:30pm at the Hall High School Track in West Hartford for a fun workout that combines both speed and strength elements that caters to both beginners and more experienced runners.

Don't be intimidated by the name. These workouts are designed for runners of ALL abilities. We have people whose paces range from 5-12 min/mile. The goal is to help you get stronger and  faster...while having fun and meeting some great fellow runners!
