Join Coach Natalie each Thursday at 6:30pm at the Hall High School Track in West Hartford for a fun workout that combines both speed and strength elements that caters to both beginners and more experienced runners.
Don't be intimidated by the name. These workouts are designed for runners of ALL abilities. We have people whose paces range from 5-12 min/mile. The goal is to help you get stronger and faster...while having fun and meeting some great fellow runners!
