Favorite Mode of Exercise: running... obviously, but I'm a big fan of hard core circuit workouts that make you so sore you can't walk the next day.

Favorite Running Experience: Winning the Heptathlon for the Hartford Hawks at America East Conference Championships, great way to end a senior season
Favorite Running Shoe: Still looking for a running soulmate, but my favorite has continued to be the Saucony Ride.
Favorite Piece of Running Apparel: My worn-out Nike capri tights that I refuse to get rid of, even though they've seen MUCH better days!
