
Mitten Run/5k No Boundaries Program Dates:
* Kickoff Meeting on Wed, Sept 29 at 7:00pm -- meet the coaches and your fellow teammates + Q&A
* First practice: Saturday, October 2nd at 8:30am
* Practices will be every Saturday at 8:30am, but participants will be encouraged to run with us on Wed and Thurs (we will have special routes planned to coinside with their training schedule)
* Goal race is the Mitten Run/5k in Blue Back Square on Sunday, Dec 5.

Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance have partnered to create No Boundaries, a program for people who wish to run or walk their first 5k. This program is designed to accommodate all ability levels, with friendly and knowledgeable coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals. |

We run a 10-week No Boundaries program all four seasons, so that you don't have to wait to begin your training. Weekend and weekday sessions are offered, so even busy parents can join in! Once you've completed your 5k, our "Running 201" programs can take you even further. |
