
Registration is now open for our next No Boundaries sessions. Training will begin on Saturday, March 13 for the Saturday, May 15 Bishop's 5k.
Training will begin on Saturday, April 3 for the Saturday, June 5 Komen Race for the Cure 5k and/or the Sunday, June 13 Celebrate West Hartford 5k.
As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:
* A complete 10-week training program and calendar with detailed workouts
* Coached training session Saturdays at 9:00 AM from Fleet Feet.
* Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition
* Weekly e-mails from the coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
* Dedicated support from the coaches to answer individual questions
* New Balance Technical shirt
* The program fee is $95 and does not include the race registration fee

Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance have partnered to create No Boundaries, a program for people who wish to run or walk their first 5k. This program is designed to accommodate all ability levels, with friendly and knowledgeable coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals. |

We run a 10-week No Boundaries program all four seasons, so that you don't have to wait to begin your training. Weekend and weekday sessions are offered, so even busy parents can join in! Once you've completed your 5k, our "Running 201" programs can take you even further. |
