Running 201 - 10k Training

This Spring's Running 201 program will begin training on Saturday, April 3.  The goal race is the Iron Horse 10k on June 6 in Simsbury, CT.

If you've completed our No Boundaries Beginner 5k Training Program, or have run a 5k and want to move on, Running 201 is for you.  Using the same small groups and knowledgeable, encouraging coaches as No Boundaries and our Half-Marathon training programs, Running 201 gives you all of the tools you need to take the next step in your running.
In addition to weekly group runs and regular e-mail contact with the coaches, many Running 201 participants also attend the Thursday Night Track Workout or get together for informal runs throughout the week. 

The next Running 201 program will begin in March, targeting the June 6, 2010 Iron Horse 10k in Simsbury.
