The Stick

The Stick can be used individually or with a partner to apply massage to tired, sore legs. Use it to roll out quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves to aid in recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. The Stick can be used to treat trigger points that form in the calf muscles as a result of common overuse running injuries, such as plantar fasciitis.
