Ingrid is the coach of Fleet Feet's Wendesday night runs, the No Boundaries 5k Training Program and the MORE Marathon Training Program. She has run for thirty years, and completed ten marathons, her favorite being Boston.
 

Schuyler Schuster

Manager of Operations

Schuyler is a 2005 graduate of Vassar College, and is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Library Science. He is a USATF Level I certified coach, and has coached high school track and cross-country in New York and Connecticut. He still runs competitively throughout the Northeast and coaches individual runners.
 

Karl is a player on the varsity soccer team at the University of Connecticut, and will start medical school next year.  In his spare time, he competes in triathlons.

Latasha is a Doctoral student in Physical Therapy at the University of Hartford. She competes in the sprints, jumps and heptathlon for the Hartford Hawks Track & Field team.

Susan is a certified massage therapist and avid runner. She has been a runner for twenty-five years, completing many marathons beginning with the Hartford Marathon in 2002.

Kurtis is a sophomore at the University of Connecticut. He ran cross-country and track for Lewis Mills High School, and still runs and cycles competitively.
 

Kathy Payne

Training Coordinator

Kathy is a graduate student at the University of Connecticut. In addition to running, she enjoys many other outdoor activities such as hiking and climbing.

Andrew Judd

Andrew is a recent graduate of Conard High School, where he was a Footlocker National Cross-Country Championship finalist as well as multiple Class L champion in the 1600, 3200.  In the fall, he will compete in cross-country and track for North Carolina State University.  His favorite color crayon is burnt sienna.

Yeorgia is a Doctoral student in Physical Therapy at the University of Hartford. She received her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
