Our Thursday Night Track Workout series is designed for runners of all ages and abilities. The coached workout varies week to week, incorporating various types of training, repetitions, intervals and tempo runs. The goal is not to train for a particular event, but to expose participants to a variety of different workouts and supplement their training for recreational running or racing 5k-marathon. It's also a great way to meet fellow runners in the area! |

With support from Nuun hydration, all track workouts have sports drink available so that you can stay hydrated. In addition to regular track workouts, we will sometimes bring a vendor in to let you try running in their shoes or sponsor relay races. |

The workouts are held from around mid-March until early December: whenever the track isn't covered in a layer of snow! During the winter, the group still gets a suggested weekly workout via e-mail that can be completed on the roads or on a treadmill.
