At Fleet Feet Sports, fitness is our passion. And nothing makes us happier than sharing that with as many people as we can. We sponsor training programs for every age and ability level, from beginning walkers to experienced runners, for pre-schoolers through retirees.

| No Boundaries Beginner 5k Training | Fleet Feet and New Balance take you to your first 5k in ten weeks. Expert coaches and great group runs and walks help you get started towards your fitness goals. 10-Week Sessions are offered four times a year. |
| Zoomerangs (Starting Line Youth Fitness) | Kids ages 4-12 can enjoy this non-competitive running program that includes weekly supervised runs at a local track, as well as a season-capping run around Rock Cat Stadium in New Britain. |
| Running 201 Beginner 10k Training | For graduates of No Boundaries or other runners who have completed a 5k, this program will help you take the next step and complete your first 10k. |
| Half-Marathon Training | These coached programs will help you complete your first half-marathon, or improve your performance and comfort in the event. |
| Connecticut Running Camp | This week-long day camp in Rocky Hill, co-sponsored by Fleet Feet and Pearl Izumi, provides the high school cross-country runner the skills and knowledge needed for his or her best cross-country season ever. |
| Thursday Night Track Workouts | This weekly, casual drop-in workout series runs from March-November, offering speed and tempo workouts for runners of all abilities, including beginners. No pre-registration is necessary. |
| Wednesday Night Fun Runs | Show up at 6:30 every Wednesday-rain or shine-for a relaxed 3-5 mile run around West Hartford. No pre-registration is necessary, but reflective gear is required. |
