Next Steps 10K Training

RunningOur 10k group is the perfect "next step" for No Boundaries graduates or runners who have completed a 5k and want to move on. 

Coaches are available to answer any questions via e-mail, and send a weekly e-mail newsletter with the training plan and additional tips to stay healthy.  An optional Thursday track workout is also provided.

Two people runningSpecial mini-clinics will ensure that in addition to training properly, you're given the right knowledge about footwear, socks, insoles, sports bras, hydration and other important topics that can improve your enjoyment of running.

Due to Hurricane Irene, the Old Wethersfield 5k & 10k race has been rescheduled to November 13.  Our next 10k training program will begin in early 2012.
