If your New Years Resolutions include losing a few pounds or even just eating cleaner (but you really don't want to diet), this might be the challenge for you! 

We ran a mini version of this challenge last spring and had some incredible results with the majority of active participants dropping 2-3% body fat in just 6-weeks. The challenge is not very complicated: UCAN protein shake for breakfast and replace one afternoon snack with a UCAN bar - eat normally (ideally, healthy) the rest of the time. UCAN nutritionists will help conduct the challenge and there will be discounts on UCAN for participants.

Our next 6-week Challenge formally begins on Monday, January 8 (and ends on Sunday, February 18). There is no program fee to participate - though you will need to purchase UCAN protein powder and snack bars to eat/drink during the challenge. At the start, middle and end of the Challenge period, all registered challengers will be able to purchase UCAN at a 25% discount. During the Challenge, you will have access to a special Facebook group hosted by UCAN's team of nutritionists and coaches to help keep you on-track. 

UCAN will be at the store on Saturday, January 6 from 9am-Noon to answer any questions you may have as well as share samples so you know which flavor(s) you like best.  On this day, you may also purchase your starting supply of UCAN at 25% off - and we will have a scale to record your starting weight should you want to track it (or you can just slip on your favorite jeans and realize how much better they fit when you are not bloated!).
